Review - Standard	15 MINS	$50	$40
Review - Long	30 MINS	$60	$50
Review - Prolonged	45 MINS	$80	$60

Concession rates apply to pensioners, healthcare cardholders and students Rebates available through private health insurance extras Consultation rates include regular correspondence with your doctor

CANCELLATION POLICY

Dear Valued Patients,
Failure to attend for an arranged appointment is unfair to other patients and the appointment system of the Practice which endeavours to meet all patient requirements.  As a courtesy, if you cannot keep your appointment, we would appreciate giving us a call to cancel or reschedule, as we have a policy in effect that will see you charged a non attendance fee if you do not cancel in a timely manner.
